My children are adults now, both with ADHD, one quiet who slipped through the cracks, the other lost in the world of self destruction. I was diagnosed at 61 years old and am struggling but working on developing skills. I’ve only watched one of your videos but I really like your approach. I wish the dknowledge and support had been then what it is now. I hope the parents and children you help can at some point in time value and appreciate that what they learn from you is invaluable, both the skills and the mental health.

Such a good reminder, Seth! Super helpful as always. Thank you so much!

Seth, good ideas in how to implement a habit of organization as a guide to our children. The main point I got out of this video was about engaging the child in organization. The other point was that we can resist rescuing them by having them involved in the process. It is all about communication, and time is a big challenge! I think your information is super helpful. I always thought I was neurotypical, and maybe I am, but I think I need these lessons for me as much as I need to engage my son to watch your videos. He is in high school and struggles with EF and my feeling is that he is not alone, to some extent I think we all do. Thanks for all you are doing to help families and kids like ours. GG

Also FYI, it’s unclear to me how to give the video a thumbs up… Maybe that’s because I’m watching it directly off your site and not on YouTube?

Thank You! Thumbs up! Oh, so much that I personally have to work on! It does make me feel inadequate to help my 13 y.o. grandson. None-the-less he and his Mom and I will tackle this problem when he gets back Friday (leaving in a couple of hours.)

Love your ideas and input! Your heart for kids is soooo encouraging! Appreciate your work.

Mistakes = Learning! Thanks for emphasizing the “No Rescue” concept. Humans who learn from their mistakes are the successful and self-confident individuals! Great Work, Seth- you give us all a lot to think about! (Now I need to share this with my 83 year old mom who never had any EF training and now has slight dementia thrown in to the miasma of her planning skills!)
