Do your grades stink? Is the DIP happening?

If your grades fall every semester, it will not fix itself, but the good new is that there is a DIP PATTERN that is predictable. This means that you can do a lot about it, to make your life easier and get more out of education.

Please could I ask how can I support my son when this happens to him. Your info is great. I feel schools expect way way too much. They have to be good at everything.

I can tell you know what you are talking about. You are describing my 2e kid exactly. I just gotta get them to watch this video.

You described my son to a “t”. I’m anxious to have him watch this. Thank you for all your wisdom, Seth!

I enjoyed what you had to say about the grade/homework dip and what I call the scramble, trying to make it right. Our daughter experiences this and while she is fortunate to be at a college that seems to have a broad understanding of her great intellect, it is painful and difficult to experience. So I very much appreciate hearing recognition of her reality and day to day challenge; it can feel like, even though you are very, very smart, you get the feeling that you are not functional in a word that functions so very differently. Is depression often linked with ADHD?
